The account page as your phone app
Minda on your phone is not an app-store download. It is your account page, opened in your phone's browser, and your browser can install it like an app. It lives at account.mindasip.com/account/.
Two ways to sign in
You can sign in the usual way, with the account you use everywhere else in Minda.
The quicker way starts on your computer. In Minda, open Settings → Account → Your phone and press Set up your phone. Scan the code with your phone's camera. Minda opens on your phone, already signed in and paired with that computer. There is no email or password to type.
What you find there
One page works on a computer and on a phone. Among other things it holds:
- Inbox: notices from your computers and messages from your sites, laid out like a chat. When a computer is waiting for you, answer with Allow, Deny or Stop right there.
- Tasks, notes (read and edit), bookmarks, highlights and skills.
- Search across what you have synced, and your notifications.
- Your AI chats, read-only. They stay sealed until they are opened in your browser.
- Your cloud automations, which you can run from the page.
Notifications are encrypted by your computer for your phone.
Send a task from your phone
Pair your phone once, then type a task in Minda on your phone. Your computer does the work while you are away, and the answer comes back to the phone.
Two safeguards matter. Each task is signed on your phone and checked on your computer, so a task your paired phone did not sign never runs. And a step that needs your OK waits for you at the computer. A phone can start at most 20 tasks an hour.
In Settings you can turn off "Paired phones may start tasks here", and you can remove a phone from the list. If you lose a phone, remove it there and also sign out everywhere.
Keep it tidy
Signing out on the phone clears what the page saved there. Your plan and credits are the same on the phone as everywhere else, because it is the same account.
The phone is a window into your account and a remote for your computer. Tasks you send still run in Minda on your computer.
